Your space will be only be considered booked when your non-refundable deposit of

$150 per person and Registration form has been submitted, and your receive confirmation from us.

Monthly payments are due on the 15th of each month. Your monthly payments are calculated based on

the time of booking by dividing the balance by the remaining months left in the payment period.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Missing a vacation is bad enough, losing your money that you paid for said vacation is an entirely different thing! We strongly suggest Travel insurance as our Couture Experiences are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your insurance premium is based on the cost of your trip and covers you during the entire travel process.

TRIP NOTES

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents.
Trip-mate service is offered on this experience, however it is not guaranteed. If you are interested in being paired with a roommate, please indicate that on the tripping form.
We strongly suggest that you plan to arrive in Fort Lauderdale at least (6) hours before our schedule departure to avoid any possible travel delays.
At check-in a credit card and|or cash will be required to cover anticipated on-board charges.

Due to strict contractual obligations, any and all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE!
Travel insurance is not included in this package, however we highly recommend it and can add it to your plan for an additional fee.
WHILE RECOMMENDED, A PASSPORT IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS CRUISE. YOU MAY USE ONE OF THESE ALTERNATE FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION |TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION LISTED HERE.
Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your Identification|travel documentation.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is making timely monthly payments to keep your reservation current.

Monthly payments are required to maintain your reservation.
Late payments will be assessed a $25 late fee and are automatically added onto your account at midnight on the payment due date.
Any monthly payment more than 10 days late could result in the cancellation of your reservation and ALL funds being forfeited.
Any request for a late payment fee waiver must be made in writing and approved to be valid.
Name changes are allowed with a $100 name change fee up until the final payment date. After the final payment date, name changes are $175.
Final payments are due by August 15, 2019. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Any packages not paid in full the by the final due date will be cancelled and all monies will be forfeited.
