Passport Giveaway

We believe that one of the greatest privileges as an American is being able

to obtain a passport and traveling the globe.

 

Less than 40% of U.S. Citizens have passports, and for minorities, that percentage is even lower minorities.


Tripping with KC Couture wants to change that by give participants the opportunity

to explore the world beyond the borders of the USA.

 

Our goal of our Passport Giveaway is to remove the financial obstacle of obtaining a passport.

 

In addition to covering the cost of obtaining a passport, we will assist with the application process which can sometimes be overwhelming.

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

 

No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter or win. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

 

WHO MAY ENTER: This contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, who are 18 or over as of the date of entry. Employees, officers and directors and immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse) of Tripping with KC Couture or their subsidiaries, affiliates, sponsors, suppliers, and their advertising, promotion or production agencies, are not eligible to enter the or win a prize. Void outside the US Territory and where prohibited by law.

 

CONTEST PERIOD:

Contest begins December 19, 2019 at 12:00pm am CST 

Contest ends December 29, 2019 at 10:59 pm CST

 

HOW TO ENTER:  During the Contest Period, you must complete all of the following steps:

 

STEP 1 - LIKE our Tripping with KC Couture Facebook Page

STEP 2 - Locate Community at the top of our FB Page and Invite ALL of your friends to LIKE our page

STEP 3 – Comment DONE on the Original POST

  

Limit one entry per person. Once submitted, entries become the property of Tripping with KC Couture. Entries must be manually key stroked.  Online entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed or like means are prohibited and will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email account used to create the Facebook account from which the online entry is submitted as of date of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

ENTRANT STIPULATIONS: Entrants understand and agree to the following:

  • Be a US Citizen

  • Be 18 years of age or older

  • Have required Proof of US Citizenship (US Birth Certificate), Valid Proof of identify (Government issued ID or Driver’s license)

  • Be able to legally obtain a passport

  • Have a residential mailing address with the ability to received and sign for certified mail from Tripping with KC Couture

  • Agree that if chosen you will post a photo (face INCLUDED) holding your passport on the Tripping with KC Couture Facebook page within (3) business days of receiving it

 

WINNER DETERMINATION: There will be one (1) winner in total. The prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received and announced on December 30, 2019 at 5pm CST LIVE on the Tripping with KC Couture Facebook page. Winner will be also be notified by email. Winner will also be announced on Tripping with KC Couture Facebook page, website, Instagram page, and Twitter feed. By participating, entrants accept and agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all respects. Person initially selected as winner will be notified by e-mail within (5) business days of the drawing.

 

PRIZES: 

  • One (1) “Passport” with a retail value up to $145 USD

  • One Passport Photo (up to $14.95 re-imbursement)

 

Only the prize specified will be awarded.  The prize is non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. Winner shall be responsible for all expenses not specifically provided for in the prize.

 

CLAIMING PRIZE: Within seven (7) days of notification of winning, the prize winner must provide Tripping with KC Couture with proof of required documentation to obtain a passport.  Failure to provide proof of required documentation to obtain a passport will result in winner forfeiting prize of free passport; NO EXCEPTIONS. Inability to legally obtain a passport will result in winner forfeiting prize of free passport; NO EXCEPTIONS. 

 

Tripping with KC Couture will make payment payable to "U.S. Department of State" and winner will be reimbursed for passport photos (up to $14.95)

PRIVACY: Tripping with KC Couture shall collect personal data about entrants in accordance with applicable laws. Entrants shall have the option to “opt out” of email communication by Tripping with KC Couture; opting out shall not affect entrant’s odds of winning.  By participating in the Contest, you hereby agree to Tripping with KC Couture collection and usage of your personal information.
